OO.STUDIO / INTERNAL PROJECT
A clearer journey.
A calmer departure.
General Boarding
Airports give people a lot to take in. General Boarding centres the experience on one journey, one flight and a clear next step. I translated that idea into a distinctive website and travel interface.

01 / THE IDEA
Travel, with people
in mind.
General Boarding is an internal oo.studio project, not a client commission. I created its website and product interface around the same travel idea. Both share a focus on making flight information easier to understand.
My role brings together the visual identity, website and interface design, using the language of airport signs to create a recognisable digital experience.
02 / THE AIM
Less to work out.
A clearer way forward.
The website needed to explain a personal boarding call simply, while the product interface needed to make flight, gate and status information easy to scan. The next action had to stand out on a small screen.
03 / WHAT I BUILT
The thinking.
The making.
The details.
- 01
Use a familiar visual language.
A yellow-and-ink palette, clear labels and departure-board details connect the design to the airport environment without crowding the page.
- 02
Put the flight at the centre.
The interface organises the journey around a flight number and date, then brings the route, gate and status into a focused view.
- 03
Make the next step visible.
Large status messages, prominent gate information and direct calls to action help the experience communicate what matters at each stage.
04 / THE PROJECT
A travel experience
with a clear direction.
A recognisable website and product interface built around a personal boarding call. The design gives the service a clear introduction and keeps the journey through flight information focused.

- Airport-inspired visual identity
- Flight & gate interface design
