Halloween Passport · Product design & development

A Halloween outing, with a little more to discover. I designed and built Halloween Passport to connect families with local businesses through adventure maps, collectible stamps and a digital passport to keep.

01 / THE IDEA

Give people a reason
to explore together.

Halloween is a chance to bring a neighbourhood together. I wanted to make it easy for families to find a local adventure, discover the businesses taking part and turn a few stops into a shared experience.

Halloween Passport gives that idea a home. The first adventure is hosted by Santa’s Secret in Bungendore, with local shops, cafés and community supporters at the heart of the story.

02 / THE DESIGN

A little spooky.
A warm welcome.

Glowing pumpkins, soft cream pages and orange accents set the scene. Friendly illustrated stamps make the passport feel like something worth collecting, while clear type and simple navigation keep the next step easy to find.

The website leads with a big, atmospheric image, then introduces the adventure and the people behind it. A sample passport lets visitors try collecting a stamp before they head out.

03 / THE EXPERIENCE

Find it.
Visit it. Remember it.

  1. 01

    Find a local adventure.

Families can browse without signing in, read the host’s event details and use an interactive map to plan their stops. Each adventure has its own page and local identity.

  2. 02

    Collect a little magic.

At each participating venue, a QR-code scan adds its stamp to the family passport during event hours. An adult account saves the collection, ready to look back on alongside future years.

  3. 03

    Give organisers their own space.

A host dashboard brings the adventure page, participating businesses and passport together. The platform is designed for local organisers to shape their own event and return with a new edition each year.

04 / THE RESULT

Made for the screen.
Built for the neighbourhood.

Halloween Passport brings a public website, event discovery and a playful collection experience into one product. It’s a digital starting point for an evening spent exploring local places together.

From the first page to the final stamp, the design gives each small interaction a purpose: help people find their adventure, enjoy the next stop and take a memory home.
