The problem
A much-loved Bungendore shop deserved better than an online afterthought. Off-the-shelf templates make every local business look like every other local business — and none of them feel like walking through the actual door.
The build
A bespoke website, designed and hand-coded for this one shop — its stock, its season, its character — plus a chat assistant that answers customers' questions any hour of the day. No page builders, no plugins to break, hosting handled by the studio.
The outcome
An online home the owners are proud to send people to, with an assistant on duty around the clock. Proper craft, for a local business, without the agency invoice.
