01 / BEFORE

The current site.

One long scroll on a phone, drawn here in three strips. The logo fills the first screen and the first button is for merchandise. The details live in accordions, the entry form opens inside one, and the date and venue sit in a scrolling banner near the bottom.

Sketch of the current festival website as one long phone scroll in three strips, with handwritten notes: the logo fills the first screen, a sponsor’s name is up next and the first button is merchandise; the details sit in accordions, with a sponsor logo grid and seven tall committee photo cards; the entry form, with 11 trophy checkboxes, opens inside an accordion; and the date and venue scroll past in a banner above a photo grid.

02 / AFTER

The concept.

A rising sun as the one bold shape, a countdown to gates open and one tap to tickets. The same page works phone-first, with a film-strip gallery to swipe, paper lanterns for the sponsors and an FAQ assistant for where, when and how to book.

Concept sketch of the festival website in red, black and paper tones: on desktop, a big red rising sun beside bold brush-stroke headlines, a countdown and a tickets button, with cards below marked 展示, 市場 and 屋台 (display, market and food stalls); beside it, the same page on a phone with a countdown, a film-strip gallery, paper lanterns for the sponsors and an FAQ assistant button.
After: the concept, as a desktop layout and the same page on a phone.View full size (opens in a new tab)
